Out of Play on Second Throw from Infield

With the bases loaded and two outs, the batter (B1) grounds to the shortstop. With all the runners moving on the pitch, the only potential out is at first base. The shortstop throws over to first base -- but the speedy B1 just beats the throw and the field umpire calls B1 safe.

After the first baseman receives the throw, he see that the runner at third base has made a really wide turn -- so the first baseman throws across the diamond in an effort to retire R2 at third base.

However, the throw to third base is wild and goes out of play. Who scores and where should the runners be placed?

Call
For any subsequent play by an infielder and the ball goes out of play, the runners and batter are awarded two bases from the time of the throw (NF Table 8-2).

In the situation below, there is a two base award from the position of the runners at the time of the first baseman's throw. R1 and R2 are awarded home. Since B1 had already made it safely to first base, B1 is awarded third base.
