With no outs, the batter (B1) has a 3-2 count and the runner on first (R1) is stealing on the pitch. 

 

The pitch is high and out of the strike zone. B1 checks his swing (and did not swing), but falls over the plate -- completely blocking the catcher's attempt to retire the stealing R1. The catcher and B1 contact each other and the catcher is unable to throw to second base in an attempt to retire R1.
