Batter Hit by Pitch on Strikeout

With one out and a runner on third base (R3), the batter swings at an 0-2 pitch that is in the dirt, inside, and at his feet. The batter completely misses the pitch, but the dirt-ball pitch bounces and tips the back of the batter's heal and rolls to the backstop. The batter runs safely to first base on this dropped third strike while R3 easily scores from 3rd base on the passed ball.
