Catch and Carry without Throw

With one out and runners on second base (R2) and third base (R3), the batter hits a high pop foul ball on the left side of the field. The third baseman races after the foul pop up, catches the foul ball 5 feet in live ball territory, and then his momentum takes him well past the out-of-play line and out clearly out of play with both feet. The third baseman stays on his feet and returns to live ball territory with the ball. Both R2 and R3 do not advance.
