Batter's Interference on Suicide Squeeze?

With the bases loaded and no outs, the suicide squeeze is on. With a 1-1 count, the batter (B1) attempts to bunt the pitch, but misses it and then stays in the batter's box. The catcher secures the ball, but collides with the batter as R3 nears home plate. At the end of the play, the runners from first base (R1) and second base (R2) advance to their next base. What is the call if:

A) Because of the batter's interference, the catcher is unable to tag out the runner stealing from third base?

Call
Since the batter interfered with the catcher's attempt to put-out R3, interference should be called. If R3 is not retired, then he is called out, and the other runners return to their original bases.

B) Despite the batter's interference, the runner from third is tagged out before he reaches home plate?

Call
If R3 is retired (despite the interference), then the interference is ignored and play continues.

Bonus question: In the unlikely event that there are two outs when the collision described above occurs between the catcher and B1 occurs, who leads off when this team bats again next inning?

Call
If there are two outs, then the batter (B1) is called out for his interference. B2 leads off in the next inning.
