Infield Fly on Foul Ball?

With the bases loaded and no outs, the batter (B1) has a 1-1 count. On the next pitch, B1 hits a high fair pop fly in front of home plate. Both umpires correctly call an infield fly ("infield fly, the batter is out"). However, the catcher is unable to catch the pop-up, the ball lands fair untouched about 5 feet in front of home plate, and then bounces untouched back over top of home plate and back to the backstop.

Each runner advances one base (with R3 scoring) while B1 returns to the dugout, since B1 was declared out on the infield fly.

Are there any actions for the umpires?

The infield fly rule has many stipulations, including that the ball be fair (NF 2-19).

The batted ball described below is a foul ball (NF 2-16), so the runners must return to their bases and a strike is added to B1's count.
