Runner Hit by Deflected Batted Ball

With one out and the bases loaded, the third baseman is playing in while the shortstop is playing back (hoping to turn an inning-ending double play). The batter hits a hard ground ball to the third baseman's left. The batted ball ricochets off the third baseman's glove and directly towards the shortstop. However, the runner going from second base to third base is unintentionally hit by the ricochet before the shortstop can field it. The defense cannot make a play on the ball and all runners are safe (with R3 scoring).

The defensive coach wants someone called out due to R2's interference. What does the umpire do now?

Call
A runner is out if he is contacted by a fair batted ball before it touches an infielder (NF 8-4-2k and casebook 8.4.2Ia). In the situation below, the touching is ignored because the batted ball touched a defensive player first.
