Batter's Interference on Steal with Scoring Runner

With no outs and a runner on third base (R3) and first base (R1), R1 is stealing on the pitch. On the 1-1 count, the batter interferes with the catcher's throw to second base, but the catcher is still able to make a throw to second base in an effort to retire R1. Instead of being tagged out on the throw to second base, R1 gets into a rundown in order to allow R3 to score. R1 is tagged out during the rundown and R3 scores.
