Obstruction with Multiple Retired Runners

With one out and a runner on second base (R2), the batter (B1) singles to right field. As R2 rounds third base heading for home, R2 bumps into the third baseman who was standing in R2's base path. The base umpire correctly points to the contact and calls obstruction. The right fielder throws to home and R2 is tagged out at home on a close play.

The catcher then throws to second base and B1 is easily tagged out to complete an inning-ending double play. What do the umpires do now?

Call
When a runner is obstructed, in NF the runner is awarded a minimum of one base (NF 8-3-2). The ball does not become dead until the end of all playing action (NF 2-22).

In the situation below, R3 should be awarded home if he does not safely reach it. So in this situation, he is awarded home and his run counts. Play continues and since the earlier obstruction at 3rd base had no impact on the play at 2nd base, that play stands.
