Malicious Contact by Runner

With a runner on third base (R3), the batter singles to the outfield. R3 touches home plate, runs another two steps, and then intentionally runs into the catcher -- knocking the catcher off his feet.

What actions should the plate umpire take?

A) R3 is called "out" for malicious contact
B) R3 is ejected for malicious contact
C) R3's run does not count
D) R3's run counts
E) R3's coach should be warned or restricted to the bench
F) Since R3 had completed his base running responsibilities after touching home plate, no action is necessary

Call
Neither an offensive nor a defense player may initiate malicious contact. The ball is immediately dead. If on the offense, the player is ejected and declared out (unless he has already scored). NF 3-3-1m.

In the play below, R3 is ejected and the run counts.
