Base Coach Assists Runner on Home Run

B1 hits an over-the-fence home run. As B1 rounds third base, he trips over third base and falls down. The third base coach instinctively runs over to B1 and helps him to his feet.

After B1 crosses the plate, the defensive coach reminds the umpire that "No coach shall physically assist a runner and, if so, the runner shall be immediately called out".

Which of these options should the umpire take:
A) B1 is declared out
B) B1 must return to third base.
C) The coach that assisted B1 should be warned or ejected
D) There is no penalty.
