Base Coach Hit by Thrown Ball

With no base runners, B1 hits a fair ground ball to the third baseman. His throw to first base is wild and unintentionally hits the first base coach.

What is the penalty if:
A) The coach was in the coach's box
B) The coach was out of the coach's box, but still in foul territory
C) The coach was in fair territory

Call
If a thrown ball unintentionally touches a base coach in foul territory, the ball remains live and in play. If the coach interferes intentionally or in fair territory, the interference penalty is invoked (NF 3-2-3).

In the situation below, there is not penalty when the base coach is hit in foul territory by the third baseman's throw. When in fair territory, this is interference and B1 is out for his coach's interference (NF Casebook 3.2.3).
