Catcher's Interference on Suicide Squeeze

With no outs, a 1-1 count, and runners on second base (R2) and third base (R3), the suicide squeeze is called. R3 is stealing on the pitch, but R2 is not. The batter (B1) attempts to bunt, but the catcher sticks his glove over the plate. B1's bat hits the catcher's glove and then B1 bunts the pitch foul.

What do the umpires do with B1, R2, and R3?

A) Add a strike to B1's count, since he bunted the pitch foul
B) B1 remains at the plate with a 1-1 count
C) B1 is awarded first base
D) R2 remains at second base
E) R2 is awarded third base
F) R3 remains at third base
G) R3 is awarded home

Call
When the catcher obstructs the batter, it is a delayed dead ball (NF 5-1-2b). The batter is awarded first base (if he did not reach first base) and runners that were attempting to advance are awarded their base (NF 8-1-1e).

In the situation below, B1 is awarded first base, R2 remains at second base, and R3 is awarded home and scores (NF Casebook 8.1.1L).
