Runner's Lane Violation?

With the bases loaded and no outs, the batter hits a fair ground ball to the third baseman.

The third baseman throws home to attempt to force out the runner from third base (R3). The throw from the third baseman hits R3 while R3 is running with both his feet clearly and completely in fair territory. After striking R3, the ball rolls away and all runners are safe.

What do the umpires do now?

In the situation below, as long as the base runner does not intentionally interfere with the throw, there is no penalty (NF 8-4-2g).

Since R3's did not intentionally allow himself to be struck by the throw from the 3rd baseman, there is no penalty and the play stands. The runner's lane penalties only apply on a throw toward first base when attempting to retire the batter-runner.
