Unintentional Interference?

With no outs and a runner on first base (R1), batter has a count of 1-2, and R1 is stealing on the pitch.

The batter swings at the next outside pitch, misses, and his momentum accidentally carries him overtop home plate. The catcher has to move to throw around the batter, but does not contact the batter. The catcher throws to second base, but on a close call, R1 is safe at second base. Who is out and who is safe on this play?

Call
If a pitch is a third strike and (in the judgment of the umpire), the batter's actions prevented another out, a second out can be called (NF 7-3-5 Penalty).

In the situation below, the batter is out on a swinging strike-3. The retired batter ended up overtop the plate and interfered with the catcher's attempt to put out R1. Since R1 was not retired by the catcher's throw, then R1 is called out. The interference need not be intentional, nor does there need to be contact between the batter and catcher to call this interference.
