Catch and Carry

In NFHS, what is the ruling in each of these:

1a. Bases loaded and no outs. The 3rd baseman catches a foul ball, but his momentum carries him 6 feet past the out-of-play line and well into dead ball territory? Any call?
1b. When the 3rd baseman is that far out of play, can he throw from from dead ball territory in order attempt to retire a runner?
1c. Must the 3rd baseman first return to live ball territory to attempt to retire a runner?

Call
In high school rules (not NCAA or MLB), the ball is immediately dead when the defensive carries a catch out of play. LBT/DBT (position of the feet) is not handled the same as fair/foul (position of the ball) . In NFHS, the LBT/DBT line is considered LBT, so one foot on that line means the player is in-play and the ball stays live.

In all of the above cases, catch, out, the ball is dead, no other playing action is allowed, and runners are awarded one base each.

2a. If the 3rd baseman catches a foul ball with one foot out of play (DBT), but one foot in play (LBT), is that an out?
2b. What about if he has one foot out of play (DBT) and one foot on the chalk line that defines the out-of-play area?
2c. What if the 3rd baseman is bobbling the ball as he goes out of play, but gets firm control of the ball just after entering dead ball territory?

Call
Since the player did not establish firm control of the ball before leaving LBT, there is no catch -- foul ball!
