Thrown Ball Hits Scoring Runner

With no outs and the bases loaded (R3 at 3rd base, R2 at 2nd, and R1 at 1st), the batter (B1) hits a ground ball to the shortstop. The shortstop throws home in an attempt to force out R3 at home plate.

As R3 legally slides into home (but before R3 touches home plate), the shortstop's throw hits R3's in the helmet and bounces out of play. The ball is dead when it went out of play, but what does the umpire do now:

A) Is R3 is out for his interference?
B) Is B1, R1, or R2 called out for the actions of R3?
C) If not called out, where are B1, R1, R2, and R3 placed?

Call
In the play below, R3 did not intentionally alter the play so he did not interfere.

The ball was thrown out of play on the first throw by an infielder -- therefore two bases are awarded to the runners and batter. The bases are awarded from the time of the pitch. R3 and R2 score. R1 is awarded third base and the batter is awarded second base.
