Illegal Equipment: First Baseman's Glove in Outfield

In the middle of an inning, the defensive coach visits his pitcher and decides to replace him and also move several defensive players to other defensive positions. The first baseman is moved to right field. After several players have batted, the first base coach informs the umpire that the right fielder has continued to use his first baseman's mitt in right field. What does the umpire do now?

Extra Credit: What if the right fielder (wearing his first baseman's mitt) makes a diving catch of a line drive and then the first base coach immediately informs the umpire of the first baseman mitt being worn to make a play by the right fielder. What are the actions/penalties?

Call
In NF, and NF only, there is not a distinction made between the various gloves and mitts (except the catcher's mitt). In others words, in NF, if a glove is legal in one position (except catcher) it is legal at any of the other eight positions (including at catcher).

In the play below, in NF, since the glove was legal when the defensive player was at first base, it is also legal when wore in the outfield. This is no penalty.
