1. In NF (unlike MLB), a IBB (intentional base on balls) can be requested, rather than pitched... but requested by who?
2. Should the ball be "live" or "dead" when an IBB is requested?
3. When does the ball become "dead" during an IBB?
4. When does the ball become "live" again after an IBB?
5. If the batter has received at least one pitch (for example, the count is 2-2), can the batter still receive an IBB that is requested?
