Runners must legally slide or otherwise attempt to avoid contact with a fielder in the act of making a play. If they do not, interference is called and they are out. On a force-play-slide, the batter-runner is also out. In videos #1 and #2, both the runner and batter-runner are declared out. If there are other runners on base, they must return to the base that they occupied at the time of the pitch.
