Missed Base on Triple

With 2 outs and the bases loaded, the batter (B1) triples, three runs score, but B1 missed touching first base. After all playing action stopped, the defensive coach called "time", and the coach appealed the missed base. What should the umpires do next:

A) Disallow the appeal since the ball was not live during the appeal (the offensive coach asked us to do this!)
B) Allow the appeal, the inning is over, and all three runs count since they had all scored at the time of the appeal
C) Allow the appeal, the inning is over, but no runs score since the batter failed to safety make it to first base (the defensive coach asked us to do this!)
D) None of the above

Bonus Question: Does the answer change if B1 missed second base instead of first base?

Call
Runs do not score if the batter-runner is declared out before he touches first base. Check out case book play 9.1.1D. In the situation below, the inning is over and no runs score. For the bonus question, this is not a force out, so any runs that score before the appeal is upheld will count. In this case, all three count.
