Pitched Ball Goes Out of Play With Runners Stealing

There are two outs, the batter (B1) has a 3-2, so R1 (on 1st base) and R2 (on 2nd base) are stealing and running hard on the pitch. The pitch is a ball in the dirt, so the batter does not swing. The pitch hits the catcher's foot, rolls slowly towards the dugout, while the catcher chases it. The ball enters the dugout after both runners round their next base (R1 has passed 2nd base and R2 has passed 3rd base). When the umpire calls the ball dead for entering the dugout, the 3rd base coach motions for R2 to go home and waves R1 to join him at 3rd base. No one at the field objects to these awards. Sound reasonable?

...yes coach, the runners had already passed the next base when the ball went out of play...

...and yes coach, the runners were already going to be awarded the next base because of the base-on-balls award to B1...but...

A pitched ball has been thrown out of play -- so there is a one base award to the runners. The award is made from the position of the runners at the time of the pitch (not the time that the ball goes out of play). In this situation, R1 is awarded 2nd base, R2 is awarded 3rd base, and B1 is awarded 1st base on the base-on-balls.
