Catcher's Interference: Coach's Option?

R2 on second base, R3 on third base and no outs. The batter (B1) grounds to the 2nd baseman, who throws to first base to easily force out B1. R3 easily scores. The first baseman then throws across the diamond in an attempt to retire R2 at 3rd, but the throw goes out of play and R2 scores.

HOWEVER, B1's swing at the pitch hit the catcher's mitt and the plate umpire immediately called "catcher's intference" as B1 hit the ball to the 2nd baseman.. At the end of playing action, what does the plate umpire do?

A. Ignore the interference since 2 runs scored -- so count the out and the two runs.
B. Place B1 on first and allow the 2 runs to score
C. Place B1 on first, return R2 to third base, R3 scores
D. Place B1 on first and return R2 to 2nd base and return R3 to 3rd base -- so no outs and bases loaded.
E. If the offensive coach questions your decision to go with one of the above -- let him decide (since he been helping the umpires with calls the whole game anyway).

Call
This is a delayed dead ball situation -- meaning that the umpire should let the playing action continue. At the end of playing action, the plate umpire must determine if the catcher's obstruction penalty should be enforced or ignored.

The catcher's obstruction is ignored if the batter safety reaches first and all other runners safety advance one base. Since the batter was put out at first in this situation, then the penalty is enforced -- namely, the batter is awarded first and the runners return to their bases at the time of the pitch (answer "D" below). HOWEVER, if the offensive coach wants to take the result of the play, he can do so (answer "E", then "A" below).
