Missing a Base on a Home Run

With the based loaded and two outs, the batter hits an over-the-fence home run. All 4 runners scored, but the runner that started at 2nd base failed to touch 3rd base on his way home. At the end of playing action, the defense properly appeals the missed base. What is the umpires action? How many runs score?

Many thought that one (or more) runs would count on this play. While that seems "fair", the runner going to 3rd base was forced to advance, so the successful appeal resulted in a force out. No runs score when the third out is a force out. You can read the details at NF 8-2-6k
