Pick Off During Time Out?

Two outs, a runner (R2) on 2nd base, and a 1-1 count on the batter (B1). The pitcher throws a wild pitch which drives B1 out of the batter's box. R2 steals 3rd base on the wild pitch.

While B1 gets settled back in the batter's box, the plate umpire holds up his hand to indicate that the pitcher should not pitch until the batter is clearly ready.

While the plate umpire's hand is up, the pitcher legally steps off the rubber, throws over to 3rd base, and successfully picks off R2 at 3rd base.

Does that action end the inning?

Call
There are 8 instances when a batter is permitted to leave the batter's box. The wild
pitch described below is one of them (NF 7-3-1). The plate umpire properly gave the "do-not-pitch" signal while B1 settled back into the batter's box. While giving the signaling, the ball is dead (NF 5-1-1h), so the runner at 3rd is not out and the inning continues.
