Runner Hit by Deflected Batted Ball

With one out and the bases load, the corners are playing in, anticipating a play at the plate.

The batter (B1) hits a line-drive that ricochets off of the 1st baseman's glove and hits the runner (R1), who was advancing between 1st and 2nd base. All runners advanced one base, with R3 scoring and B1 safe at 1st base. When the ball hit R1, R1 was directly in front of the 2nd baseman, who could have easily fielded the ricocheted ball and thrown out either R1 at 2nd base or the batter at 1st base (or maybe even turned a double play).

Is R1 out for getting hit by this batted ball? Can the umpire call more than one out in this situation?

Call
When a fair batted ball touches a runner after being deflected by an infielder, the runner is not out. The ball remains in-play and play continues (even if another defensive player had a play on the deflected ball).
