Rundown With Lots of Outs

Runners on 2nd base and 3rd base with one out. The batter grounds to the pitcher and the runner on 3rd gets in a rundown between 3rd and home -- meanwhile the runner that started at 2nd base runs to 3rd and stands on 3rd base.

The rundown concludes with the runner returning to 3rd base but he overruns 3rd base and down the left field line by about 3-5 feet -- where he is tagged out (while the runner that started on second remains standing at third base).

What actions do the umpires take?

Call
In the situation below, as soon as the player in the rundown crosses one step past third base (toward the outfield), the runner standing on third is immediately out (NF 8-4-2m) for passing him (even though the runner on third base was standing still). That is the second out of the inning.

As the player runs past third base towards the outfield, he is the third out of the inning when he is tagged (or when the umpire determines that he has run out of the baseline).
