Game Situation: Appealed Tag Up

With one out and runners on third and second, the batter flies out deep to right field for the second out. The both runners tag up. The runner on third scores and the runner that started on second base ends up on third base. However, that runner at second base left second base before the catch in the outfield. The defense properly appeals that the runner at second left early, so that runner is out for the third out. Is this a force out? Does the run count that successfully tagged from third base?

Call
The successful appeal at second base (the runner leaving early while tagging up) is a timing play. The runner was not forced to leave second base by a preceding runner, nor was the runner forced to return to second base. Since this is a timing play, the successful tag-up and score by the running that originated at third counts.
