Game Situation: Runner Struck by Fair Ball

Runners on second and third and they are stealing on the pitch. The batter hits the ball and it bounces down the third base line in fair territory and then hits the runner that is coming home. When struck by the batted ball, the runner had one foot in foul territory and one foot on the third base foul line.

What is the call and where do you place the batter and the runner that started at second? Does it matter that the runner that was stealing from second to third would have easily been safe? Does it matter that the batter would have easily been thrown out at first?

Call
With one foot on the foul line, the batter is in fair territory. When a runner is hit by a fair batted ball, the ball is immediately dead, the runner hit is out (NF 8-4-2k), the batter is awarded first base and other runners return to the base that they had occupied at the time of the pitch. Lots to do on this play!
