Batter Intentionally Hit by Pitch

With a 2-1 count, the pitcher throws a high (and just slightly inside) curve ball. The pitch would have been called a "ball" but the batter leans into the pitch and purposely gets hit in the forearm.

What does the umpire do:
A) Since the ball was an inside pitch, award the batter first base, since he was hit by the pitch.
B) Since the batter intentionally permitted the ball to hit him, he is charged with a strike
C) Since the batter intentionally permitted the ball to hit him, he is out
D) Since the batter intentionally permitted the ball to hit him, he must stay at the plate. Since the pitch was outside the strike zone, the pitch is called a "ball". He stays at the plate with a 3-1 count.
